AAF Contribution to cleaning Mahim-Bandra Highway on Environment Day

The beautification project of the Mahim-Bandra Highway plays an important role in the cleanliness of the city. The project includes beach cleaning, debris removal, stopping unauthorized parking of heavy vehicles on the beach, repair of broken walls and much more.

The Mahim-Bandra Highway offers a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea and a panoramic view of the Bandra Worli Sea Link.

To give a good view to the tourists, benches and children’s play areas were arranged already last year.

Unfortunately, the main tourist attraction of the city, which offers a beautiful view of this area, is surrounded by rubbish and rubble.

The spread of garbage around the city not only blocks the spectacular view but also invites disease and affects the health of the people living nearby. Therefore, it becomes necessary to clean the area.

The project initiated by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is progressing successfully. And more and more people are coming to help clean up the area.

AAF support for cleaning Mahim-Bandra Highway

On this Environment Day, Anu and the entire team of AAF have raised a fleet to clean the Mahim-Bandra Highway. Where not only cleaning would be done but also planting of trees.

Along with cleaning, filling up the beach with sand which is lost in soil erosion would also be done.

Environmental protection is the main concern and cleaning the highway and planting trees will be the best motivation for the people around the area to save their locale & inspire people around the world to save the environment.
