Who We Are

Anu Aggarwal Foundation (AAF) is a future-facing nonprofit dedicated to emotional wellbeing as a daily life skill—not a luxury.

Founded by actor and humanitarian Anu Aggarwal after her own life-altering recovery, AAF delivers practical mind–body programs that integrate yogic science, psychology, and neuroscience. Our work strengthens emotional resilience, focus, and self-worth—particularly for youth, women, and underserved communities—addressing stress before it becomes crisis.

What We Do

Mind Yoga

Builds focus, emotional regulation, clarity, and mental steadiness needed for learning and daily life.

Anu Fun Yoga (AFY)

Cultivates calm in chaos, self-worth independent of circumstances, and inner stability—especially for those living with limited choices and high emotional load.

Programs are culturally grounded, preventive in nature, and delivered by trained facilitators to ensure continuity and long-term impact.

Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026

With your support, AAF will deliver a year-long Mind & Behaviour Integrated Program to 1,250 children and youth in Mumbai’s municipal schools.

This initiative responds to rising emotional stress with structured, preventive, and evidence-informed interventions that support learning, wellbeing, and resilience.
